First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Elements Financial.
Administrative Assistant

- Can you tell me about your current job responsibilities?
- Do you have experience using specific software?
Learning Management Systems
I applied online and got the job about 12 days later. It was pretty smooth, with only two interviews. It was really stress-free, which made starting after college much easier knowing I had an internship lined up.
- In what ways does your past work or school experience relate to this role?
Employee Development Specialist
First up was a 45-minute phone chat that was really friendly and professional. They asked some great questions and gave me plenty of time to ask my own, and they were clear about what the job entails. Then, I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager and another team member, which was also positive. I had to give a 15-minute presentation to show off my training and communication skills.
- What are your 5-year career goals?
