The people here were very kind and the interviews were straightforward and professional. However, it doesn't seem they are open to hiring people without previous agency experience, so be aware of that.

Had an initial chat with the VP, Talent to figure out the best job fit. She laid out the interview steps really clearly: first, a talk with the hiring manager, then a bunch of interviews with team members, and finally, a hands-on exercise to show my work style and skills. Karen kept me in the loop the whole time, checking if I was still interested.

I met with the VP, the hiring manager, and someone who used to do my job. After they assessed my skills, I talked to the head of talent about company culture and to make sure I was a good fit. Then, I was given an assignment to create a marketing plan and a time to present it to the first three interviewers, where I'd also answer their questions.

You'll usually interview with two people, a strategy lead and someone from the department. The interview process is about an hour, but plan for two hours. You'll walk through your portfolio, so it's good to show writing, design, and conceptual thinking ability. Plus, they hire more for digital writers, so showing blog posting is key. Everyone here is multi-talented, so definitely mention that in your interview.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you explain your reasoning behind the conclusion for a specific project?
