No attention, bad attitude. The engineer had calls and was going out suddenly during the interview. So, worst experience I had ever. So, don't waste your time as all your time and effort will be in vain.

I applied on LinkedIn in Dec 2021 and was first contacted via email in Jan 2022. The second contact was a video interview with the HR person for the role, where they asked some standard questions and scheduled an interview with the Engineering Manager. The interview with the Manager went well; they asked specific questions about my technical expertise and explained the role.

First, there was an HR phone call to talk about my experience and give me more details about the job. Then, I had a short case study where I had to look at two different process solutions and decide which one was better. The next two interviews were mostly about going over the specifics of the job and the manufacturing process itself.
