Behavioral Case

It was 3 VERY long hours. The recruiter dropped me off at a small room that I sat in for 3 hours while 4 different people took turns interviewing me, one after another. The recruiter never returned after the last person interviewed me. She just left me in the room, I guess I was supposed to figure out on my own that it was over and then try to find my way out of the building?? It was very unprofessional and 3 hours that I will never get back.

I applied online and got contacted by TA in a few days. I had a phone interview with the TA manager to talk about my background, salary expectations, and the job details. Since I was relocating, I then had a video interview with the hiring manager that was about 45 minutes. After that, they flew me to HQ in Charlotte for in-person interviews. It was about 3 hours with 6 other people interviewing me. I got the offer about 2 weeks later. The whole thing took about 4-5 weeks.

HR reached out first, and we had an online interview. Then, the hiring manager interviewed me. After that, there were more interviews further up the chain, making it 3 layers of interviews total. The second interview was in person at their headquarters.
