The entire recruitment process was very coherent from start to finish. The assessments took place in a single day, split into two parts. First, there was a group dynamic activity, which was conducted in a light and well-managed way. Afterwards, participants moved on to an interview with the manager, which was also conducted in a light manner with relevant questions.

The selection process was poorly organized. The interview date and time were changed multiple times. I had to take time off work to attend the interview twice. One was cancelled an hour before, and for another, the link didn't work, and I was contacted 30 minutes after the scheduled time. Besides spending money on transportation to a suitable place for an online interview, I also lost work hours.
