My interview experience with Electrolux Professional was disappointing. I had a good initial interview with the HR Director & VP Business Transformation, and thought I was progressing well. But since then, I've heard nothing from HR. I expected an update within a reasonable time, but weeks have passed with no word, even after I followed up myself. This lack of communication leaves me feeling uncomfortable and confused. I value transparency and professionalism, and this experience makes me question Electrolux Professional's commitment to their values of 'Respect,' 'Ethics,' and 'Integrity.' I know hiring can be complicated, but clear communication is key to maintaining candidate trust. I hope this feedback helps improve your recruitment process, as all candidates deserve respect, no matter the outcome. Thanks for looking into this.

I applied online via Linkedin. About three months later, the recruiter reached out to share more about the position and outline the 4-step hiring process: a phone call with the Talent Acquisition Manager, an in-person meeting with the N+1 Director, a video call with the Group HR Director, and finally a meeting with the VP of Sales. After the third interview, I heard nothing back - no feedback, and no replies to my emails or phone calls. I found this rather dismissive and disrespectful, especially for a company that claims people are a priority.

It kicked off with a standard HR interview that covered the required skills. Then, it moved to a technical assessment which was kind of a mess with too many interviewers and no clear structure. This technical interview felt similar to the HR chat, focusing on programming languages and specific tech, asking about my past experience with them. It was confusing and some questions didn't seem related. Also, they weren't great at getting back to me or giving feedback.

I had a Skype interview with my future Manager. It was a very friendly and easygoing conversation. They were really interested in getting to know me beyond just typical questions and spent time learning about my background both personally and professionally. They were also very keen to share a lot of details about the job and the work environment. Given that I had little to no experience, they asked me hypothetical questions about how I would handle different job situations using my knowledge and intuition.
