Had a phone interview, super quick, right to the point, just confirming my background stuff. Then a one-way video interview where I had to answer questions by recording myself. Some of the questions were pretty basic, and they wanted me to use the STAR method for those.

The interview process is very fast. I had 2 interviews, one with the Hiring Manager and another with an interview panel. The overall interview experience was great. The panel distributed questions evenly and patiently listened to all the answers. It was a friendly but professional interview.

First I met with a recruiter and they were great and referred me to EA for an open position. Then I met with the 2nd shift leaders at EA in Auburn Hills, MI and these two ladies were odd. The recruiters and the entire job description emphasizes over and over about having a positive, peppy and outgoing attitude. I naturally, have that. But, these two ladies walked in and acted like I murdered their cat and presented it to them at the interview. Seeing how they did not have the personality trait that this job requires, I found it odd that they’d be the ones interviewing.
