Behavioral Presentation

I was brought on to start a new business branch focused on water (they mainly do energy, oil & gas, now aerospace engineering, infrastructure & construction), so my interview might have been a bit different. They wanted to know about my water experience, what event topics I thought were exciting, and how I managed events at my old job. The whole thing took a few months. A recruiter reached out first, then I had a few phone interviews with Laxmi, met some higher-ups in person, and finally got an offer. They'll probably try to haggle and get you to accept less, so be ready for that. Aim high with your ask; they have the budget, and if you're valuable and know your stuff, they'll recognize it.

I applied online through LinkedIn and then got a voice message the next day. They wanted me to call them back for more info about the job. When I called, the person just wanted to know my salary expectations. They didn't ask anything else or let me talk about the job or the company.
