We started with an initial HR interview. Then, there were four conversations with different team members to get a good feel for the role, team dynamics, and what they expect. After that, I had interviews with the Manager and Senior HR, where they asked strategic questions to see if I aligned with company goals. A big part was a presentation on a topic I'm interested in, to check my technical skills and how well I communicate, showing my expertise in a practical, real-world way. Finally, there was a write-up where I had to show my thought process, problem-solving approach, and how I articulate things, basically a written test of critical thinking on a given topic.

Had a phone call to set up the interview date. The interview itself was a full day event with around six people, including managers and peers who were both long-term employees and newer hires. The day involved technical interviews and also standard questions about problem-solving approaches, project management, and similar topics. A significant part of the day included giving a technical presentation on a topic I chose and was told about beforehand. The group asked some good questions after my presentation.

It was a technical interview followed by a behavioral one. They gave some hints and expected me to optimize the result. We also did a deep dive into my resume. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience. Make sure you can talk well about yourself.
