So, first there was an HR interview, and then a technical interview for this internship role. The whole process was pretty straightforward and quick compared to other companies. From what I understand, it's tough to get through the interview because they really look for strong research skills, but the interview process itself is simple.

So the interview started with this senior technical leader saying to the hiring manager "Isn't there a white candidate for this position ?" which really set the tone for how the interview would go. The senior technical lead was frankly quite unpleasant. However, the technical lead who was actually interviewing me was supportive and backed up my answers. Overall, I wouldn't want to work at a place that starts off with such racism.

  • Could you tell me about your future goals?
  • Can you answer some technical questions about the project?
  • Can you answer some technical questions about your past work experience?
