I got referred in and spoke with the recruiter the next week. Then I interviewed with a Customer Success Team Lead. After that, I had a back-to-back interview with someone from Customer Success and someone from CS Enablement. To wrap things up, I had a 1-on-1 with a CS Director and then a presentation with another Director and a team lead. The presentation involved onboarding a mock client based on specific needs they had, and they wanted to see my thought process.

I had a scheduled call with a recruiter. The recruiter called from a private number, but I missed it because I didn't pick up in time. I immediately emailed back to let them know I could pick up if they called again. I also sent a follow-up email, but I never heard back from them after that. It felt very unprofessional.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and my recruiter was super quick with updates. First, I had a phone screening with the recruiter to talk about the company and growth opportunities. Then, I had a "technical interview" where I was sent a case study to complete, which is easy if you have account management experience. I passed that and was invited onsite to meet with different team members and the hiring manager. It was a good chance to ask questions and check for cultural fit. After that, I was asked to come back to present a topic I chose about account management. This was a group presentation with multiple team members and the final step.
