Had an interview with the hiring manager that was very detailed. The salary is based on the collective agreement, €23,800 gross plus on-call bonus. The manager was very nice, trying to explain everything that the role entails as it's a very large company with diverse sectors. I've been selected and am waiting for a financial offer.

Primeiro contato foi com a menina do RH via telefone, e ele fez uma entrevista prévia, após aprovação foi marcada entrevista com dois gestores, foram perguntas técnicas e pessoais também, porém após a entrevista, eles não deram nenhuma satisfação, e não respondem mensagem e nem dão feedback, logicamente não fui aprovado, porém o mínimo de empatia na hora de um 'não' e um possível feedback, pois a parte da entrevista é mais nichada e com menos pessoas, porém nem uma mensagem automática enviam

I was contacted via LinkedIn for some initial questions that I had to answer by email to the recruiter. After answering them, the recruiter passed them on to the department managers. A few days later, I was informed that they wanted to interview me in person, with both the department manager and the recruiter present. The interview was very professional and focused on questions related to my experience, studies, and professional ambitions. A few days later, they contacted me to inform me that I was not continuing in the selection process.

The interview was conducted professionally and seriously. I found myself in an environment where every question was meticulously designed to assess my skills and competencies. The interviewers showed genuine interest in my experience and how I could contribute to the team. The interaction was fluid and respectful, allowing me to present myself clearly and concisely. Overall, it was an experience I valued for its rigorous approach and focus on objective evaluation.
