It was a two day interview process. I met with both of the bosses. We talked about trading, the lifestyle and the intensity of the job. I went through a few difficult math tests and riddles to make sure I am proficient with my math skills. We talked about the economy and any relevant markets. We also talked about the training program and the employment process after that.

I applied online and heard back in about two weeks. The people I interacted with were really nice and friendly. The interview involved a lot of behavioral and technical questions. The behavioral questions were pretty basic, but the technical part covered portfolio theory, statistical risk management, option pricing, and programming.

Started with a phone screen, then had a 2-day in-person interview. The first round included behavioral questions and some brainteasers, plus quick mental math. The second round was pretty different: they had me do math on Excel while being timed and dealing with distractions like loud TV, music, and people talking.
