First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Elavon.
Account Executive
It was an easy process. I met with the sales manager and sales director to discuss my experience. Then, I worked with HR on the employment offer and all the required document signing. I started the position quickly. Overall, it was an easy hiring process and I started my training both in person and virtually.
- Tell me about your experience in the industry or in sales.
Inside Sales Executive
Had a phone interview with HR, then a quick chat with the hiring manager. After that, I had an in-person meeting with the hiring manager, followed by an in-person panel interview. The panel interview was tough, and it was hard to gauge everyone's thoughts, but I left hoping for an offer.
- Can you describe how you handle working under a strict schedule where break and lunch times are dictated?
Account Executive
The hiring and interview process was typical, with phone calls, paperwork, questions, and eventually, a face-to-face interview. It was basically uneventful. The people were nice enough, but they all but promised me success that I didn't really believe would happen with this company. Read why I declined the offer to understand better.
- What is your approach to closing a sale?
- What is your experience in this industry and what led you to pursue it?
