The managers were all in the panel and asked me up to 15 questions. It took about 2 months to hear back after the interview, which was a bit of a wait.
- What are your long-term career aspirations over the next five years?
Scheduling Coordinator
The interview process was very smooth and comfortable. They presented different scenarios and asked how I would handle them. It felt very organized.
- How would you handle a patient complaining about their bill?
Medical Assistant
The interview was super easy. You usually go through 2 short interviews. They asked about very basic questions, like where you live, how you commute, and what your availability is. One question they asked was what you think good hospitality is. You know right after if you are hired or not.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What makes you want to join our company?
- Describe a time you demonstrated leadership skills.

It was a single interview with the heads of the departments. The whole process was pretty straightforward and simple. They asked some questions about my resume and then moved on to whether I would be a good cultural fit.

- Do you think you'd fit in with our company culture?
