After you apply, you'll get an email for an assessment day. Dress nice, nothing too revealing. First, a height check (you gotta be 1.60m). They need to know if you can reach luggage and close compartments. Then, an English interview. It's chill, but still an interview. They're checking your English and how you chat. After that, psychometric tests. No need to prep, just focus, they're pretty basic. Last part is a group exercise, maybe on another day. This is to see how you team up. Don't be aggressive or bossy, just work together.

So the interview was pretty detailed, checking on stuff like how we do boarding, serve meals, and handle security. It kicked off with a check on my customer service background. Then, they hit me with some 'what if' questions to see if I could think fast and solve problems. The last part was a group thing where we had to act out different flight situations to see how well we team up and cope when things get hectic. Basically, they were looking for people who get that safety, taking care of passengers, and working together are key, and can deal with all sorts of passenger needs while keeping things safe.
