After applying, I got a call for an interview. The process was pretty unprofessional; I had to fill out the application form while standing in the security area. Even though I have experience in logistics and fabric warehousing, they barely asked any technical questions about my skills. They mentioned that sometimes the work requires traveling out of town for long periods. The shifts are 7 AM to 4:30 PM and midnight to 9 AM. They don't offer a shuttle, but transportation costs are added to the salary. The meal card is 400 TL daily, with an extra meal allowance for overtime. I was told about a quarter-month salary bonus and a premium every three months, but they didn't answer my detailed questions about the terms. The interviewer didn't seem to know much about the benefits. I was supposed to meet with an HR specialist and get feedback, but I never heard back. It felt like a total waste of time and travel money.

The interview process was standard and the questions were easy to answer. The interviewer seemed to be just doing their job, and I don't think they were really listening to me. They did give a test, but the questions were inconsistent, and I'm not sure if they even looked at the results. Overall, it wasn't a very professional process.
