First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at EK Health Services Inc..
Registered Nurse Case Manager
The interview itself was really laid back. They asked behavioral questions about dealing with difficult patients and also about my experience as a case manager. Overall, they were extremely friendly.
- Can you tell us about the company?
- What is your experience as a case manager?
- How have you handled dealing with difficult patients?
HR Assistant
So there were 3 rounds in the interview process. First I met with the Recruiter, then I interviewed with the HR Coordinator, and finally I had an interview with the HR Director. After all that, they gave me a call to confirm the hire.
- Why are you interested in an HR role?
Human Resources Specialist
So I had 3 interviews total. First one was with a recruiter, really nice. The next two were with the HR Manager and then the HR Director, both over zoom. They were each about an hour.
- Can you describe your experience?
- Tell me about your behavioral experiences.
Grievance and Appeals Coordinator
So, during the interview, one of the interviewers was kinda passive-aggressive, like they didn't like my reasons for looking for a job and seemed to have trouble understanding me. It got super awkward 'cause I ended up having to ask way more questions than they did.
- What's prompting your job search?
- Are you currently employed?
- What makes you interested in our company?
