Met with several members of the management team. They painted a Rosie picture but all of that talk was BS. They were and still are losing money hand over fist. That can't control the overtime. The turn over is 110%

Had a phone screen, then an onsite interview with senior management. They covered my flight and hotel, and provided a rental car. I got a plant tour and they explained their vision. I also met with the technical Director and core Management members, and did another plant tour and oversight.

Entry Difficult Negative experience Decline offer

The interview process is straight forward but I what been working there for a. While and I need to say "angle" and ,"ark" at the Pell city location are incredibly disrespectful to workers. HR protects them you cannot go to HR fo anything that is concerning. They created a toxic environment. And I'm sure they have plenty of compliments against them. They are incredibly unprofessional and Angle gets board and tries to create problems as I have seen. They should fire these people. And replace them with people that won't go on power trips.

  • Can you handle management being disrespectful
