The interview process was quick, easy, and direct. I was scheduled for an appointment to meet with the Urgent care manager and the director of outpatient ambulatory services, who oversees all urgent cares. They were both very kind and asked standard interview questions.

I applied online and about two weeks later, HR called to set up an interview. I then had an interview with three different Unit Directors: one from the Emergency department, one from Annenberg 3 South, and one from the Resource Pool. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the questions were tailored for new grad RNs. The whole process lasted nearly two months.
