First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Eisenhower Center.
Communications Coordinator
It was a one-on-one chat in a chill setting. Then I had another talk with two managers. They asked good questions that were really related to the job. It was quick, organized, and nice. They told me to ask them stuff and say what I was looking for.
- How would you manage meeting multiple deadlines?
- Do you feel comfortable running morning meetings?
- How do you approach multitasking and staying organized?
Custodian
The interview was thorough, fair, and friendly. They asked about my previous experiences. There weren't any tricks, but they really focused on sterility techniques and the best ways to keep a medical facility hygienic. Honestly, it was pretty straightforward, which I liked.
- Could you tell me about your background in cleaning medical facilities?
- Are you knowledgeable about the proper cleaning procedures and standards for a medical environment?
Rehabilitation Associate
After applying online, they usually call pretty fast for a phone screening. I had a group interview where they asked about 15 questions each. I interviewed on a Friday and got a call with an offer the next Monday. After that, there's a background check, drug test, physical, and fingerprints. The job also includes a paid training week, Monday to Friday, 8-5pm, which you need to be available for, though they often let you out early. You need to be available for all training days to get the job.
- What would you do if a client became aggressively violent towards you?
Rehabilitation Associate
The interview was really laid-back; they even said to dress casually. They asked me some questions about how I'd manage different scenarios and then told me about the training. I got a job offer right there in the interview.
- What would you do if a resident was acting in a sexually inappropriate way?
