Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Einstein Moving.
Mover
It was a bit more involved than I'd thought for a moving company, but it felt worth it. The process began with a phone interview, then we met in person, followed by some paid trial days before I was ultimately hired.
- Can you tell me about your strengths?
- What aspects of this job are you most eager to develop further?
Mover
First, there was a quick phone screen. Then, I met with a manager who asked me some basic questions. It was pretty straightforward. They mentioned a day on the job as part of the interview process, but I never got a call back after that.
- What makes you a suitable candidate for this role?
- Are you comfortable with working extended hours?
Co Pilot
It's a simple interview process. Just speak clearly and answer their questions with confidence. Present yourself clearly. There are 2 interviews, one over the phone and one in person. Then there's a job offer, a drug test, and you get a trial day to see if you can do the job and if you're personable to work next to.
- Are you able to regularly lift over 100 lbs?
