It was pretty simple and a bit rushed. We talked a bit about my work ethics and some basic info about myself. They asked me a lot about how reliable I was and how long I planned to stay if hired, because they mentioned that most students leave when school lets out, making it hard to hire just anyone. The whole process was really easy. I was able to talk my way into the job and was hired right then and there, but I later found out there was testing for my actual esthetics career. Still, I was asked to come in the next day to sign off on my papers. The whole experience was fast and easy.

The interview process was pretty smooth. Unlike with other employers where they ask you lots of awkward or unnecessary questions and have you fill out those silly questionaires, there was none of that with this company. However, it did take WEEKS for my background check which was pretty odd, and inconvenient. I have never had to wait so long for a background check before and I have worked for many different employers. Generally it'd take no longer than 2 or 3 days.

The interview process was unorganized. I had an interview scheduled for 12 PM but didn't get seen by the manager until around 12:30-1 PM. The questions were simple and easy to pass; if you can smile and BS, you pretty much have the job. The front-end crew couldn't run itself because my manager kept leaving during the interview, even though some employees were just standing around, on their phones or chatting.
