I applied for the job by emailing my resume after seeing an online ad. About two weeks later, I got a call for the first interview, which was with the General Manager. She then set up a second interview with the Assistant Manager for three days later. After about a week and a half, I called the store. They told me the Shift Manager position was taken, but offered me a Customer Service role with the possibility of moving up to Shift Manager. Given the current economy, I accepted the Customer Service job.

The whole interview process was really smooth. I was asked some typical interview questions, and I also got to ask my own questions. Some of the questions were about my education goals, my plans for the next five years, and things I do in my free time. If you're ready for questions about your future, this interview should be pretty easy.

  • In five years, where do you see yourself professionally?
