It's behavioral interviewing. You'll have a phone interview and then a face-to-face. It's hard to explain the whole process in 30 words. It varies by region too. The Director decides how they want to do it. There are some guidelines, but franchise owners have a lot of say. So, good luck.

The interview process included a recruiter call, a phone screen, and then an onsite interview. One of the interviewers was intimidating and showed signs of disbelief of the things I said! Also sarcasm and unprofessional approach was just disappointing which resulting in discouraging me from wanting to work for such company. A person like that should not be included in the interview process or even in management

The recruiter set up the interview via email. She was really nice and asked some really thoughtful questions about things like employee accountability, fostering a positive work environment, and strategies for launching new menu items. She seemed to be typing notes while we spoke. This was the initial phone interview where she provided information about the company and the role, and I got to ask my questions at the end. She mentioned she'd follow up by phone or email regarding next steps.
