The HR part was really chill and informal. But then the project managers and business analysts were more serious, and they wanted me to explain some solutions on the whiteboard.

Behavioral Technical

There were 3 rounds in total. The first was with HR. The second was with someone doing the same job as me. The third round was with HR and two managers. It was a bit weird doing the second interview with someone I might work with, before meeting my future manager.

Behavioral Technical

I was initially contacted by a recruiter on Linkedin. Then, I had two phone interviews: one with the recruiter and another with a senior software engineer. The in-person interviews were split into two parts. The first in-person interview involved meeting with the president, the recruiter who reached out, and the VP of delivery solutions. The second in-person interview was with the recruiter again and the VP of HR. I actually had a good time during the interviews and didn't feel nervous, which might be because I put in a lot of preparation time, like checking out the website, looking into who would be interviewing me, and reading company reviews.

Behavioral Technical Coding Presentation

First, I had a phone call with HR where we talked about the job, the company vibes, and benefits. Then, a technical lead called me to ask about my tech skills and work history. After that, there was an online test to check if I had the right technical and functional skills. Finally, I went in person to interview with some big bosses and people on the team. I got the offer really fast, like in under a week. We negotiated for a day or so, and then I accepted.
