Billing Manager
The interview process was great this morning. The people I met were great, the vibes were great, and everyone was polite and kind. It sounds like a great company with great people. There were four interviewers and they were all very kind.

Human Resources Generalist
Had a phone interview and then a video interview with 3 people on Google Meets. Everyone was really nice and the process was very open and honest. It felt pretty relaxed, not super high pressure.
- Tell me about your previous HR roles.
- What type of workspace are you looking for?
- What would you say are your main strengths and weaknesses?
Direct Support Staff
It was pretty easy and straightforward! Expect to work 3-11 or 11-7. You will have to cook and clean and assist with other daily living activities. Some homes may be high functioning or low functioning. You will also have to administer medication to clients. This role involves understanding the varying needs of clients in different home environments, assisting with their daily routines, including cooking, cleaning, and personal care, and also includes medication administration.
- Do you have experience working with individuals with mental health conditions, disabilities, or cognitive delays?
Direct Care Counselor
I had two interviews, one with the department head and one with my supervisor. I had to bring basic photo ID, social security card, and have two to five references. The people who interviewed me were friends of the family, so I got lucky. You don't need prior experience, but you must love kids and be very organized and diligent, as the work isn't always easy but it's rewarding.
