First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Eight Eleven Group.
Sales
The interview process was pretty laid back. It was a standard sales job interview. I didn't move forward because their required experience level didn't match mine. It wasn't a good fit, but that's fine. The expected workload was way higher than what I've seen for other sales roles I've considered.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- What makes you want to pursue a career in sales?
Sales Representative
I interviewed for this role, but never heard back, so I'm assuming they went with someone else. The people who interviewed me seemed unprepared and a bit superficial. I'm not sure if I even would have accepted the offer if one had been made.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Outside Sales Representative
The interview was about 45 minutes. It started with an introduction and a chance for me to talk about myself. They also gave me a virtual tour of the office. Even though I'm very entry level, I got recommended by a friend. The interviewer was nice.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Describe a situation where you encountered and overcame adversity.
