This company had the most unethical and unprofessional interview process I've encountered. Don't expect HR to get back to you; they were very unresponsive to my calls and emails. Even after being rejected, my follow-up emails thanking them and asking for feedback went unanswered. In my experience, HR often reflects the company culture and potential colleagues, so I'm actually glad I didn't move forward and am happy to stay with my current employer.

I first spoke with HR, and then there was a group interview with some future colleagues. It was pretty straightforward, focusing on my background and if I could understand the work. Someone asked if my MBA was even relevant. I didn't get the job because they said they wanted to hire for a lower position than the one I applied for.
