People & Culture Manager
I had a great interview process with EHPLabs. The interview panel team were clear, organised, and kept communication strong throughout. The interview itself felt conversational, respectful, and focused on both skills and culture fit. The team came across passionate, transparent, and genuinely invested in people’s growth. Overall, a smooth and positive experience that left me excited about the company.
- Can you share your experience with building high-performing teams?
Creative Producer
The interview process for me took 4 rounds but was surprisingly painless. First interview was with the HR Manager through Zoom. Had a lovely and interesting conversation with her. She seemed really interested about who I am as a person and what my intentions/goals are for the role that I'm applying for. Second interview was with the HR Lead and the Marketing Manager. Asked me a lot of relevant questions regarding my field. Although I got really anxious when they asked me if I had heard of Oxyshred/EHPlabs 'cause I haven't! I thought they won't get me for another interview because of that. (To be fair, I was not a big energy drink/gym supplement guy before). Third interview was with the HR advisor, Campaign Manager, and Creative Manager. Had a great time talking to them as they asked me a lot of relevant questions with regards to my field (have I done anything related to product photography/videography, etc) and wanted to know who I was as a person. Fourth, did a trial and passed with flying colours the day after sending the output. Got complimented by the Creative Manager for doing a great job. (Still gives me compliment to this day despite it being a year after I sent the output). Overall, even if it was a long process, it was a great experience for me.

FP&A Manager
I went through 3 interviews. The first was with my direct manager, the second with two of his peers, and the final one with the CEO and Chief of Staff. They all had a friendly vibe, aiming to get a sense of my background, technical abilities, and relevant experience through examples. I also had time to ask them questions to learn more about the business, and they were open about its current strengths and weaknesses, which I've seen firsthand since starting. They were also quick to respond after each interview, unlike some companies that take ages to get back. Overall, the process gave me a really good impression of the company.

Marketing Manager
The interview process started with a screen call with TA, followed by two in-person interviews in Australia. I'd read some Glassdoor reviews beforehand and proceeded anyway, despite the negative feedback. I have to say, I mostly agree with those reviews – it felt like a waste of time. The advertised roles seemed potentially fake, possibly just a way to gather ideas. They asked for a very detailed strategy, which is unusual given my experience with many interviews. I suspect they were fishing for ideas, which felt unprofessional. Unsurprisingly, I didn't get an offer, and the same roles (Marketing Manager and Brand Manager) were advertised again. This has been going on for at least six months. The people themselves seemed nice, but that final interview stage and task were not great. Honestly, don't waste your time!
- Can you provide an example of something?
- Could you outline a strategy, including a content plan and social media analysis?
