First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at EHE Health.
Nurse Practitioner
I had a really good experience interviewing with EHE Health. The whole process was pretty smooth and organized, and they kept me in the loop. As a nurse practitioner, I liked that I could talk about my skills, my experience with patients, and how I think about patient care without feeling rushed. The questions they asked were good and made sense, so it felt more like a real chat than a high-pressure test. It seemed like they genuinely wanted to know how I'd fit in with their team and company culture. I felt heard and respected after the interview and am even more interested in the job now. I'd definitely suggest EHE Health if you're a provider looking for a cooperative and relaxed interview.
- Tell me about your skills.
- Can you elaborate on your clinical experience?
- What is your approach to patient care?
Engagement Agent
The hiring process was really simple. I heard back from EHE pretty quickly, in just a few days. Everything went super smoothly. They were really nice and even showed me around the office.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What makes you want to work here?
- What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?
Wellness Coordinator
I went through 15 interviews for a wellness coordinator role, which felt more like an interrogation by everyone from coordinators to leadership. The whole thing dragged on for almost three months. Then, I had a 15-minute meeting with the client who didn't let me ask any questions. After that, it went silent for another month. When I asked for an update, they said they were still waiting to hear back from the client. It's no wonder this company has a 2-star rating from past and present employees. It's funny they reached out to me. Definitely avoid this place.
- They were just super unprofessional and never even gave an update on the offer.
- The questions were a bunch of situational type questions.
- It was a waste of time.
Engagement Specialist
The interview process is a lot just to get a low pay rate. Have to do three interviews and then personal reference as if you are getting compensated for a good amount of money
