I had a phone interview, then an in-person with HR that was pretty standard. After that, I had a second interview with the CEO, which was really unprofessional. He was late because he was trying to install software and spent the first 10 minutes of our scheduled time on his computer. Even when he started asking questions, he kept looking at his screen and typing. I was really confused and upset, especially since I took time off work for this. It took him two weeks to get back to me, and I had to email him twice to follow up. I didn't get the job, which is fine because I wouldn't want to work for someone that unprofessional. A former employee also confirmed how bad the company is.

It was a 15-20 minute call with 2 managers. We talked about my background and theirs. They were really welcoming and nice people. The sales environment at the call center seems fun, it's bright and open. I'm excited to get started!

I met with the regional sales manager at the Irvine branch. The sales floor had a lot of energy. The interview was quick; they glanced over my resume and offered me a closing position. Unfortunately, the base pay was a bit too low to start, with no room to negotiate. But it's a great job for a first-time job.
