Human Resources
So the interview process involved a preliminary phone call, followed by two interviews, and then a references check. I was initially hesitant due to some negative reviews online, but meeting the team members really convinced me this was the right place. Even though other companies offered more money or better benefits, the company culture and the chance to learn from experienced professionals made it worthwhile. It seems like if you're let go from here, it's definitely on you. Everyone I interacted with had been with the company for at least three years. They really focus on personality and how well you'd fit into a team-oriented environment. If you prefer working alone, this might not be the best fit, especially at the main office.

Project Manager
A recruiter reached out about a project manager role. There were three interview rounds: first, an HR screen, then two more with people I would work with. The second round was brief, with a few light questions. The third and final round was much more thorough, so be ready to discuss everything on your resume. They were very quick to schedule interviews, often for the next day. While I liked the efficiency, it made it hard to drop everything for a call. I was never really sure what job I was interviewing for, as the title and description seemed to change, possibly because the role was already filled. I had interviews where I thought I was going for one position, but it turned out to be a different one, making preparation tricky.

Program Manager
I applied and the process started with a phone screen by the recruiter and then the hiring manager. The final interview was a video conference with the team. Originally it was planned to be in person, but due to Covid-19 it was done via video conference. The team did a great job pivoting from in-person to a video interview. The recruiter was very helpful the whole time, making sure the tech was working, sharing the interview agenda, and providing company info. The interview questions covered the basic topics and the team answered my questions about the organization and culture. I was impressed by everyone on the team and the process made me more excited about the role.

Consultant
The interview process was very easy. The staff was nice and helpful in guiding me through it. They communicated well and kept me updated. It's important to know about the federal government, as they ask questions related to that, considering their contractors and relationships with various agencies.
- Can you describe a project you implemented?
- What's an example of how you've supported large meetings?
- On the corporate side, what actions did you take to help a client and expand their footprint?
