It was a quick interview process with about three steps: a short phone call followed by two in-person interviews. Everything went smoothly, and EggPlant was super responsive to any questions I had. They were really open about everything to do with the company, which was great.

We started with a call with the HR Manager, where we discussed the role, my experience, and Eggplant's culture. After that, we set up an in-person interview. I met with the HR Manager, the Head of Sales, and another lead at the company, spending about 30 minutes with each. These meetings were mainly conversational, with some behavioral questions thrown in. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and seemed to value my time and theirs. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I'm excited about the prospect of joining the company.

I had a phone call with the recruiting agency first, then a Skype interview with the hiring manager. The recruiter was okay, but the manager seemed to have a really bad attitude. When I asked what the company does, he was dismissive, basically saying 'why do you care since I'm not hiring you?'. He was rushing through everything to end the interview quickly and asked questions that weren't relevant to my experience.

The interview process was really smooth. I applied and within a week, I got a call for an initial phone interview. After that, I had another call with the VP of People. Then, I had a final interview which was made up of four 30-minute meetings with different business leaders. They were all really prepared and could answer all my questions about Eggplant.
