First, a general interview took place where my English level was assessed. We discussed expectations, and the job, team, and other details were described. It was very friendly and calm. Future opportunities in this global company were explained.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was really long and messy. It took about two months from when I applied until I got my first interview on Teams. The interview itself was kind of weird. I talked to HR, but they didn't seem to know much about sales and asked old, unimportant questions that didn't really fit the job. What was even weirder was the Teams call with someone from the Hexham head office. The background looked terrible, like part of the building was falling down, which wasn't very professional. All in all, it felt old and unorganized, and it made me wonder about their internal standards.
