First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at EG Workforce Solutions.
Recruiter
I went through 2 phone interviews and then 2 in-person interviews. It all took a few weeks. The interview wasn't too difficult, and the face-to-face part was more about them explaining the role than them asking difficult questions.
- How do you handle working in a fast-paced environment?
Recruiter
We initially met at a job fair, I gave them my resume and they said they would get back to me Monday. They called Monday and we scheduled an interview for an hour later. The interview was awesome, my interviewer was really nice. She called me the next day and gave me 24 hours to accept or deny their offer. I politely declined for personal reasons.
- Tell me what qualifies you for this role.
- What do you think constitutes a good work environment?
Recruiter
The process was really short and easy. First, there's a phone screen, and then you meet with Management in person. All the questions are pretty standard, more like a chat. You'll have a 1-on-1 meeting with the Manager you'd report to. They'll ask about your background and what you bring to the role.
- Tell me about your experience as a Recruiter.
