The interview process went smooth. They did not ask any difficult or technical question. I was recommended by one of my colleagues from my previous workplace to apply here. Looking forward to a positive response.

The interview process was filled with too much politics. The manager is so hectic. I'm working on webforms technologies, and the manager doesn't know anything about the technologies; I don't know how they got the job. In front of you, they behave well, but behind your back, they insult you in front of others.

I applied online and after about a week, I got a call for an interview and was scheduled to come in the very next day at 10 a.m. It was a one-on-one interview with a unit manager. They asked about my work experience and my knowledge of Life Insurance. I was informed that my role would be in the direct sales force, and in Life Insurance, the earning potential is unlimited. Following the interview, I was told about a mandatory one-week training course that I must pass all tests in to become part of EFU LIFE.
