There were 4 rounds in total. 2 were technical interviews, 1 was a managerial interview, and 1 was an HR interview. The technical rounds focused on my past projects and roles. They also asked some SQL and web-based questions about topics like cache. For automation, they asked about reading data from a table, drag and drop, and mouse clicks in Selenium. Some test scenarios for validating router functionality were also discussed. The HR round included many questions about handling conflicts with team members and managers, dealing with last-minute tasks, and my reasons for joining the company.

Confirmed questions5 questions

  • Given that our company is smaller than your current one, what are your reasons for wanting to join us?

It was a 6-round process. First was an aptitude test. Then there were two technical rounds, followed by a combined technical and HR round. Finally, there was a dedicated HR round. Companies are looking for people who fit the technical needs and also align with their values and culture. Remember to ask about the team and company culture to show you're thinking about the bigger picture.
