Office Assistant
The interview was really informative and communicative, more than just a Q&A. It was the best I've experienced. They were sincere and showed what a great company they are and their passion for the business.
- Can you tell me about yourself, what you've accomplished, and what you're passionate about?
Software Developer
I had a phone screen where they checked my technical skills, then a take-home task that took about 5-8 hours. After I sent it back, I went on-site for a panel interview.
- Questions about the take-home assignment were asked.
- Discussed the design/architecture part of the take-home.
- There were many SQL query questions included.
Software Developer
My resume was sent, and then I had my first call with the technical lead. After that, an in-person meeting was set up with the technical lead and the owner. A subsequent call with the owner was to go over salary, and then I got an offer. The whole thing did take a while though, as I was told I'd hear back on certain days but it kept getting delayed.
- Can you tell me about your .NET Development experience?
- Could you answer some questions regarding SQL development?
