I only had the first introductory interview, which lasted about 20 minutes. During this time, they asked me general questions. They mentioned they would provide feedback within 10 days and that there would be further interviews if they were interested in my profile. They didn't share any details about the position or the company, and I didn't appreciate having to ask about the possibility of remote work.

Group Presentation Case Behavioral Technical

First, there was a group interview involving a presentation where you had to showcase and sell a personal passion, along with solving two practical case studies in small teams. Only some candidates advanced to a final 15-minute motivational interview. Nothing too challenging, but it was crucial to be well-acquainted with the company's programs and their details (like accommodation choices and how far the host family lives from the campus). The second interview was with the Program Manager for study trips (for teens, 18+, etc.). This session included very motivational questions and a practical exercise simulating a phone call with a difficult and confused customer.

Behavioral Case Presentation

I applied online and it took a while to connect. First there was a preliminary phone chat, and then a full phone interview. That interview lasted about an hour. It was split into three parts: talking about my background, doing some role playing for sales situations, and then I got to ask my questions.
