The interview process consisted of three rounds: the first with a recruiter, the second with regional managers, and the final round with the country manager. The first interview was conducted via Microsoft Teams, while the remaining interviews were held in person. I was also satisfied with how fast the overall process was.

Got a phone interview first. Then, after two weeks, I was invited for a full-day onsite interview with four people. Three seemed alright, but one guy who used to work at a famous gaming company really seemed to dislike gamers and showed it rudely. The interview wasn't super tough, but I wasn't well-prepared because I was swamped with other things. To top it off, the promised reimbursement for my train ticket never came through, and they stopped replying to emails about it. No updates on rejection or progress either.

I had a standard HR call and then interviewed with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was ten minutes late, and didn't apologize or explain, even though I emailed to check in. They also seemed really rushed and immediately asked if I was available in person, which was weird because the job description said it was a remote position. When I asked about it, they said it was a mistake. The whole experience was negative, starting with the incorrect job listing and ending with the lack of professionalism during the interview.
