The people were friendly and the interview was a zoom call that lasted about twenty to thirty minutes. In total, there were three to four interviews. They tried to make the job sound enjoyable, but honestly, it just sounds like it involves being yelled at over the phone.

Since I applied internally across countries, my CV was forwarded to the UK team and the responsible people were mentioned in the email. After about a week, a Skype interview was conducted. The interviewer was at least 20 minutes late, which made me think about the company culture in England. The interview was in English and lasted about an hour. First, I had to go through my resume, and then they wanted to know why I'm applying for this temporary position, my motivation for working in peak season, etc. I was informed the same day and got the job.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview started with a phone screening where they discussed the role and my interest in it. Next, I had a Teams interview that involved preparing a mock customer service call and pitching a product I liked. The third interview had typical job interview questions. Despite the kind and friendly atmosphere and positive feedback, I was surprised not to get the job. It felt like a lot of work for an entry-level customer service position, and they weren't as quick to respond as they initially said.
