Had four rounds of interviews with several people. It was a long process but overall a good experience. Some of the questions were a bit unclear, so I had to think creatively to answer them. They ran a professional process and I met some cool people along the way. I'd suggest prepping really well for the different stages.

Behavioral Case Presentation

It was a long process with a lot of back and forth, but everyone at EF was nice and smart, and always on top of things. It was a bit of a bummer that I had to pay my own way to fly out to the site and didn't end up getting an offer. I put in a lot of prep work, and I don't think I would've gotten as far as I did if I hadn't. I'd call the interview tough because there were so many steps, people, and questions, plus the travel to the site.

The interview questions were pretty easy and to the point. They mainly asked about my past job and internship experiences. There were also some 'why' questions, and I had to introduce the current programs. It was a one-on-one interview.
