This process was a time sink. You meet 7 people across 3 rounds. It was exhausting to maintain energy and focus throughout. They didn't even discuss salary or job details. I put in a lot of effort and travel costs. I had experience beyond what they were looking for. After rejecting me for a 'different candidate,' they immediately reposted the job. Feels like a ghost job.

The interview process started with an initial phone screening conducted by an external company. They asked some general questions, including why I decided to apply. After that, I was invited for an online interview with an HR person who specializes in Finance. This interview involved a review of my resume and questions about the tasks I'm currently performing.

I started the interview process in November 2021. It went on for over a month, likely because of the holidays. I had an initial phone chat with a team member, then a video meeting with an accounting manager, followed by another interview with a different accounting manager. Unfortunately, I didn't get selected, so I'm not sure if there were more interviews planned. The vibe was really good; I liked talking with both managers. They kept things pretty relaxed, which made me feel at ease during the interviews. The questions they asked were quite similar and interesting.
