Software Engineer
This interview process is designed to filter out those who apply to many jobs. It has several parts. First, there's an intro interview, then a technical one. After that, you meet the team lead for a final chat to see if you'd be a good fit.
- What makes you want this job?
Technical Lead
The interview process was pretty standard for a big company. Started with a pre-screen where I had to record myself answering three questions. Then, there was a follow-up video call interview with three interviewers, which was conducted as a panel.
- What are your reasons for being interested in this position and why do you think you are a suitable candidate?
Software Engineer
It was a good process for a new grad role. The interviewer was great and the experience was very fair. I got my dream job and accepted the offer immediately. However, experiences can vary. It's important to keep your tech skills sharp.
