First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Edward Don.
Sales
It was a long process with many multiple interviews. You must follow up, they are bad at follow up. Met with 5-6 different people. Read the job offer carefully, many things were missing. It’s okay to push back and ask for more.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
AutoCAD Designer
I had a quick chat with the branch director, but he was in a hurry and told me to call the office on Monday. So I called the office on Monday and talked to one of the designers. I went in for an interview that day. Then they wanted me to come back for a skills test on AutoCAD. They ghosted me after that when I was trying to set up the test.
- Have you worked in food service before?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process involved two phone screening rounds, followed by a panel interview. Having SAP training was a significant advantage. They were primarily interested in your ability to perform the required tasks. I appreciated the team's collaborative atmosphere and their dedication to accuracy. Their commitment was evident throughout the process.
- What tasks or activities do you find most enjoyable?
Account Executive
Had a quick chat with HR, and they said the hiring manager would be in touch the following week. I followed up with HR again, and they said the HM would reach out. But I never heard back from them. I'm just gonna ignore this company and look for one that actually responds.
