Account Executive
First, I had a phone chat about a new sales job, talking with the HR manager for about 25 minutes to get the scoop on the company, the role, and what it involves. Then, I lined up phone interviews with 3 VPs, each lasting 30 minutes, and one of them was my potential boss. After that, I had face-to-face meetings for 30 minutes each with 4 other VPs and the CEO. A few days later, they sent over an offer letter. The whole process was great.

I was really happy to get the chance to talk to HR and the hiring manager. I applied online and was surprised they called me back in about 48 hours. That was the only time anything was on time for the next few weeks. The first phone screen with HR got rescheduled twice with not much notice. The first time, I waited in my car for almost 30 minutes before getting an email saying it needed to be rescheduled. It took about two weeks to get past that screen before I could talk to the hiring manager on the phone. HR sent me a calendar invite, which I accepted. The hiring manager called 35 minutes late for our meeting. HR told me the next step would be an in-person interview, followed by a case study if it seemed appropriate. My next email from HR was to let me know my phone case study would be the next day, with materials attached. Things were pretty disorganized. I ultimately didn't get an offer, but I'm thinking it might have been for the best. Hopefully, they are more organized with their clients than they are with potential employees.
- Tell me about the case study, which was extremely detailed, and how the hiring manager was clearly good at her job.

I had a phone interview that I had to call into, but the interviewer wasn't there initially. They rescheduled for a week later. The phone interview was super short, like under 10 minutes, and mostly me asking questions. Then, they wanted me to come in for an in-person interview for a potential future role since they didn't have an opening right then. I spoke with one person in the office, and they asked some questions about my quantitative experience. I ended up withdrawing my application because I got another offer and HR never got back to me like they said they would.
- No questions were asked by HR.
Quantitative Research Analyst
It was a basic phone interview. The person who called was really professional and easy to chat with. She asked the usual questions about my previous jobs and why I was interested in their company. Sadly, the phone interview didn't go anywhere, and I didn't hear back from Eduventures.
- Can you share your past experiences with survey research?
