Chargé De Mission
I had a video call interview with a panel of four people. They were very nice and attentive, really friendly. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and it went well.

I applied and then met with the recruiter at the human resources office. They asked me some questions and I filled out an application. After that, I met with the manager of the department.

First they do some aptitude tests which are pretty easy but confusing at the same time. Then the HR manager does a small interview to know about you. After you go on a 2nd interview with the branch manager.
- Tell me about a negative customer experience and how you resolved it.
Specialty Services Representative
It was for a promotion within the same branch. The opportunity was given to another candidate with less seniority. Favoritism played a role. Due to some circumstances, my interest in getting the promotion was denied. Another position opened up, and the company just gave it to another employee without posting it for others to apply.
