The interview process went quick and was overall good. I was asked appropriate questions and felt the interviewer had a genuine interest in hearing what I had to say. That being said, I know several others who felt that the interviewer was looking for information on what the current "talk" about the company was around the area.

They're looking for people with solid computer skills. For most support jobs, you'll probably need to know MS Outlook, Excel, and how to use the command line. Knowing SQL and how to create/edit batch files would be a bonus. Troubleshooting is a big part of support roles, so make sure that skill is highlighted. My interviews, there were two of them, were pretty chill. They keep things laid-back since they interview a lot of candidates. Just be yourself, stay relaxed, and show confidence.
