The interview process was quick and easy with simple questions. The entire interview lasted about 20 minutes. I got a call about the position about 4 days later. No issues at all. The woman I spoke to over the phone was very nice and answered all of my questions. I declined the offer because I was offered a position with better pay at a different therapy location.

I had a phone call with the nurse recruiter to go over my background and the type of assignment I was looking for. Then, the recruiter set up an interview with the charter school. I met with people from EDU healthcare and the charter school in a group interview. After that, I got a job offer. I talked to the nurse recruiter again to go over the contract details. Once we agreed on everything, EDU healthcare HR sent me onboarding paperwork via email, which I signed electronically. No scanning or faxing was needed. The orientation was done over the phone and computer using join.me.com. I later received an email with my schedule, start date, and login info for timesheets.

It was a smooth interview process, and everyone was really helpful and responsive. This was the only company of recruiters that actually responded to me in a timely manner, and they were very communicative about how the whole process would work. They even helped me get a perfect job for my experience within 20 minutes of my house!
